INDIVIDUAL DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICES: • MoCo SPORTS CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY: All teams can easily make changes to their reservations prior to the cutoff date of October 22, 2020 without penalty, through moco-sports.com. After the cutoff date, cancellations and changes can be made by contacting moco-sports until 4pm Monday November 9, 2020. Remember, any team that does not meet the minimum booking requirements or drops below 50% of the team’s rooms that were reserved by October 22, 2020 will be disqualified from play. DEPOSIT: After the cut-off date of Thursday, October 22, 2020, the hotel will authorize one (1) night’s room and tax on individual credit cards on file (Individual credit cards cannot be changed out at check-in. The card on file will be charged for the full deposit for each room). WEATHER RELATED CANCELLATION POLICY: • If there is a full or partial tournament cancellation due to weather, the hotel will not charge the reservation holder for the room rate or fees. Neither MoCo Sports, (including tournament employees) nor the tournament shall be liable for individual cancellation fees.
