INDIVIDUAL DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES: • MoCo SPORTS CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY: All teams can easily make changes to their reservations prior to the cutoff date of October 29, 2020 without penalty, through moco-sports.com. After the cutoff date, cancellations and changes can be made by contacting moco-sports until 4pm Monday November 9, 2020. Remember, any team that does not meet the minimum booking requirements or drops below 50% of the team’s rooms that were reserved by October 29, 2020 will be disqualified from play. DEPOSIT: After the cut-off date of Thursday, October 29, 2020, the hotel will authorize one (1) night’s room and tax on your individual credit card on file (Individual credit cards cannot be changed out at check-in. The card on file will be charged for the full deposit for each room). WEATHER RELATED CANCELLATION POLICY: • If there is a full or partial tournament cancellation due to weather, you will not be liable for the room rate or fees. Neither MoCo Sports nor the tournament shall be liable for individual cancellation fees. COVID CANCELLATION POLICY: • If any team or individual is forced to cancel due to COVID-19 health reasons, individual reservations and/or teams may drop reservations without any penalty, up to 48 hours prior to arrival.
